The much-anticipated CIFM / interzum guangzhou will be held from March 28-31 at the China Import and Export Fair Complex (Pazhou Complex). As Asia's largest and most comprehensive woodworking machinery, furniture manufacturing and interior decoration trade fair, interzum guangzhou will see the addition of a new hall this year, boosting the total area to 150,000 square meters – the largest in its history. More than 1,300 exhibitors from 38 countries and regions will compete for the attention of some 70,000 visitors who are expected to walk through its doors.

Strong national pavilion, international presence

Widely regarded as an event not-to-be-missed by the industry, interzum guangzhou has been attracting a strong lineup of international group participation. Nine national pavilions from Germany, Turkey, Korea, Chile, the United States / Canada as well as industry-driven contingents led by the Malaysian Timber Council, American Hardwood Export Council, Canada Wood and Swedish Wood will feature their latest wares.

Secrets behind furniture production

A special display entitled “Unveiling – The Mysteries of Furniture Production” showcasing the various aspects of furniture production and exploring the drivers behind the development of the industry is poised to be one of the key highlights at the event. Products and technologies covered include furniture raw materials, accessories, hardware and upholstery for furniture manufacturing. Visitors can experience the products at the interactive area and gain a deeper understanding of the charm of the furniture industry, such as experience the technical principles behind heating sofas, new jacquard weaving techniques for mattress upholstery, and winning works from the Swedish wood design contest.

Networking Happy Hour
