The anti-pinch technology for seat footrest based on time-of-flight (TOF) distance ranging sensor:
(1)The technology enables predictive detection of foreign objects in the easy-to-pinch area under the footrest, achieving non-contact anti-pinch functionality. While traditional contact-based anti-pinch methods invariably cause slight deformation or damage to the object.
(2)Additionally, most anti-pinch methods, such as pressure strips, have significant blind spots in detecting pinching, which can pose safety risks. Additionally, the TOF sensor offers comprehensive coverage of the entire anti-pinch detection area, enhancing safety.

While the surface strength of typical film products is known to be around 1H, ACREX ULTRA PRO achieves a surface strength of 8H while maintaining functionality suitable for everyday furniture surfaces. This showcases the highest strength compared to similar products. Another key advantage of ACREX ULTRA PRO is that it maintains important features such as anti-fingerprint, smooth feeling, and matte texture, all while achieving the best surface strength. These characteristics enhance the product's durability while proving it to be a top-tier surface material with both aesthetic value and functionality.

AI Intelligent Seat Anti-Pinch Control System is an innovation that integrates the features of self-learning, autonomous decision-making, and wide compatibility. The system integrates AI intelligent learning modules to automatically save and analyze key data, such as motor speed, current, position, etc. during seat operation. After learning and processing, these data can optimize the control algorithm and anti-pinch strategy to ensure the stability and reliability of the seat in various environments. Without manual intervention, the system can independently judge the motion of the seat in its practical application, and give anti-pinch control instructions based on data comparison and algorithm analysis, which greatly improves the response speed and accuracy of the system and ensures the users’ safety. In addition, the design of the system considers the compatibility of different seat frame structures and actuator types. Through self-learning, the system can recognize and adapt to the characteristics of various seat frames and actuators to ensure the smooth operation of the seat on different seat frames and actuators.
